Disgusting service!

Disgusting and poor service. Had a room allocated that had soaking wet carpets and damp smells. Having a dad who is a heart patient actualy caused him more uneasiness. He could barely sleep and had to stand at the window. Honestly the worst service ever. Will definitely not book there again. Also, being a regular it was surely or last. Lets not talk about the management who have an even stinkier attitude and fail to realise that good work ethics go along way. Certainly this is lacking there.
