disgusting attitude towards clients

I have never felt such disrespect from a person like the episode i had from your staff member at Road lodge centurion hotel (Siyabonga), this guy is rude and unwelcoming to guests, im very disappointed in your customer service, this employee is dangerous to your business, i will never set foot in this hotel again, his not fit to operate with clients. disgusting attitude
