Disgrace!!!

So I made a reservation at our Nirmal Town lodge menlyn where I've been staying for the last 7 years both business & pleasure. I confirmed our booking with my credit card for 2 adults & 2 kids 7 & 9. Driving 11 hours to book in we are told we have a room for 2 & sorry we are full! The lady at the front desk was utterly rude & unprofessional! The manager didn't know his ##@ from his elbow. Now with 2 sick children we have to find a place 9h00 at night!!! The 11th place we call had space. My poor kids sleeping on the floor on a bed made of 7 blankets & duvets!!! I can't believe this was the service we got from you & you couldn't care less. We get send to Hatfield center which is well not suitable safety at night especially driving around looking for a hotel!!! I will not let this go & I will make sure all company bookings from the 2 business are cancelled going forward.
