Courtyard Bruma has a courtesy bar (happy hour) from 5pm to 7pm, the service has recently become discriminatory against certain individuals/group. The courtesy bar remains unlimited for every guest at the hotel while a certain group is limited a number of tokens per day. The system has been implemented such that it shows a bias attitude from the hotel and attempts to engage with them in order to rectify this clear and unfair ************** has proved to be fruitless.<br> <br>
