Complaint

Was there on sunday to celebrate Valentines day..we booked for the full English breakfast .we were there last for Christmas morning breakfast..my family loves hotel breakfast and it is also buffet..the setup was very nice with Covid regulations in place..we introduced our friends and went there on sunday..it was quite different as Covid rules changes all the time for them I'm sure and it must be difficult for them to want to please their clients and keep to the Covid regulations..was a bit disappointed this time as the spread was there but in Tupperwares where they served you ..so was a bit disappointed that we couldnt see what we wanted to take..they do have a menu there but wasnt really told to order from the menu and was feeling like this was not full english..we did raise this amd was told about the regulations but we thought the way they had it before with Covid in place was stunning..as they say you eat with your eyes so there it fell flat..the cheese board wasnt in place either ..the pastries was also a bit short as they said there was no more stock..the hit breakfast was basically the only food that was on display as per Covid regulations..they had a very nice setup before , during Covid and thought that was so considerate and still appealing to the eye.so basically the 4th time there during Covid but was less appealing this time round.
