CLHG bad service - actually NO service

CLHG not interested in helping someone change password online and joining loyalty programme. It has been a week now and no call returned . Have spoken on all forms - chat, phone and email. Just refereed to send email with query and nothing further happens. Wondering if I should look somewhere else for accommodation I need in two weeks time in CPT.
