CITY LODGE WOZA FRIDAY LIES

What a HUGE disappointment to discovery that the much publicized WOZA Friday is not as transparent as I would expect from the City Lodge Hotels. I booked a ticket for my sister for tonight (At the OR Tambo Airport). I queried with a gentleman on the toll-free number and he advised that I call head office as the Woza rate was not filtering through. I spoke to a Rose who called me back as I had made 5 calls by that time. Apparently this special is NOT applicable to the OR Tambo Hotel. I have many family and friends who travel to and from St Helena Island who stays over at the OR Tambo City Lodge. I will surely make mention of this and expose this lack of transparency.
