City lodge waterfront Cape town does not qualify to be titled HOTEl.

I did not check out. Upon my return other guests were moved in to the room I occupied. The booking was for 8days however on day 6 someone else (staff member) decided I'm checked out. Upon my return and the embarrassment I asked did they not see my things in bathroom or my food in the fridge? I personally will not be going to V&A water front City lodge in Capetown. What got me to this decision is that no apologies or responsibility was taken. Go there at own risk my people. Rather spend your money elsewhere.
