City lodge Umhlanga

Terrible service! Ordered diner, pork ribs was not cooked, and cold. Expected paying customer to eat it with a butter knife. Food not the same as the menu list. Water shedding that is not communicated to the quest. Had to go to bed dirty and hungry! I work for a big company that uses the lodge all over south africa and will log a complain to stop all bookings. This is the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. The manager keeps telling me that they will sort it internally
