City lodge Staff not adhearing to COVID 19 national rules.

There is a worker by the name of Kenneth in City lodge umhlanga gateway who does not wear a MUSK and putting everyone's lives at risk.

I stayed at Umhlanga from the 18 of October to the 25 of October and was disgusted by how a worker(Kenneth) can circumvent national rules and put my life and everyone else live at risk by blatantly telling Me the Guest that the Hotel does not recommend Him to wear a mask.

For a company as reputable as City lodge how can You treat and lie to Your Clients about national rules?

How can Kenneth not lead by example and show clients that the hotel is taking strick measures especially with their staff as they have close contact with anyone entering and staying in the hotel? During such a sensitive One worker because they are a manager I think by the name Kenneth has been working
