City lodge Morningside Sandton is ****
It was the worst service I ever got from the hotel the management was not informed he kept crumbling in front of our investors not knowing what his saying as he have no clue I can rate the service - 1 when we got back from the event we got to the room only to find it looked cause of his bitterness while we paid this is ****

The hotel general manager has investigated the matter and reports a misunderstanding with the way the accommodation voucher system works. We are not permitted at hotel level to adjust the allocation of costs, as these are set by the travel management company concerned. Additional costs have to be charged to the room, as per the travel agent voucher. Please accept our apologies for any distress caused.
