City Lodge losing it
You guys have lost your USP - every check in at different lodges requests different requirements- at a number of lodges staff try their utmost to supply meal requirements without the necessary resources- we pay 1300 Rand’s per night without even one still water in the room- bureaucracy is setting in - beware beware
