City Lodge Hotel - Terrible service
Good day; we had a relative visiting and he had to attend a church conference so he checked into the City Lodge Hotel morningside the disgusting part was he forgot his jacket in the cupboard at the hotel when we called to explain i was given the run around and they said they couldn't find the jacket and yet his plane tickets to fly back home was in the jacket.
This is disgusting that someone comes from abroad and this is the service he gets and still to be ****** from.
