City lodge breyinston

am currently in the city lodge in breyenston... I ordered roomservice and muat call the hotel to ask them to read the whatsapp. They simply ignored order and I had to call again... the best they then said that I must come down to eat.... while I said no I want room service and the guy put the phone down in my ear... this is a terrible place last time I was here the hotel had no water ... today I had to carry my own luggage .... I am waiting now for the last two hours for my food.
