City Lode Agoda booking system ****

Booked accommodation using this so called booking site and cancelled booking within two hours for stay at Port Elizabeth Town Lodge. Still awaiting refund payment since before 24 November 2019 . No South African number to dial and no e-mail feedback from Agoda's site.
