Blood Stains on beds

When it was time to sleep, I noticed blood stains on the beddings. We could not sleep, due to all the issues associated with diseases transmitted through blood. I informed the manager upon check out, only to receive NO feedback up to now. My stay was on 18 December 2015. Since I have received no feedback up to now (3 weeks) later, I would like to inform others. If a compliant is not taken seriously, then you could be the next guest staying in an unacceptable room. Hopefully someone in management takes action, I am also a City Lodge member!
