Blood stained linen!
I oftenl stay at this hotel but my recent visit disgusted me! I must have slept in the dirt linen the first night without noticing....but on the second night when I opened the bed linen, I was horrified to find what looked like either blood stains or faeces stains!
I had to have everything changed after 9pm!
I have never had this type of experience before and all they can say is that they will take it up with housekeeping!
The room was not clean, the tea area was still tea stained!

As you are a regular guest, you will know that this is not the normal standard provided at our hotels. Our hotel GM has been in contact with you in this regard and has taken the matter up with both the laundry and housekeeping teams. We are confident that this will not occur again in the future.
