Beatrice is the best

I left my id with one of the shuttle organised by the hotel n tge driver brought it back n left it at reception. When i called i was told they cant find it. I then asked to speak to supervisor. I spoke to beatrice. She was very helpful n even went the extra mile of calling the company n requisting the driver s detail. Eventually i got my id. THANK YOU CITY LODGE HARTFIELD.
