Awful treatment against junior stuff

Good morning

I have a complaint about what we experienced at a local hotel (road lodge) germiston. We were deeply embarrassed and angry at the treatment a housekeeper experienced in front of us in the early morning of yesterday while we were eating breakfast we just heard loud angry voice to our surprise it's a lady judging by her clothes she is in a different department or her superior she kept on shouting loudly at the staff and it made us uncomfortable to say the least and we would like to visit such a place if this is how they conduct themselves and treat people so Ill/bad
