Air Conditioner not working
I stayed at the Town Lodge in Port Elizabeth for 4 nights. The air conditioner in my room did not work. Complained about it immediately. Nothing was done to repair it. Complained daily thereafter. I am checking out today and it still does not work and I had 4 nights from hell because of the heat in Port Elizbath.

Thank you for your comments. Our sincerest apologies for the unacceptable way in which your maintenance issue was handled. We have been advised by hotel management that the aircon unit has been tested and is indeed faulty. Management have also assured us and that this matter and our standard repairs policy have been reinforced with the hotel maintenance team.
Thank you for staying with us, we are so disappointed that we did not live up to your expectations on this occasion. We certainly hope that you do not feel too adverse to us and will offer us an opportunity to redeem ourselves, when you are in Port Elizabeth again.
