5 star Service from a 1 star hotel! Shine
I don't know how many times I've visited this hotel, but all I can say is that I kept on goin back. . Southgate Roadlodge. The receptionist by the name Mpho, her surname is Malanga I think, that woman gives the best Service, speaks so well and in a calm manner, her smile is what I enjoyed seeing the most ;-) . The stuff is good an Housekeeping do a good job, Its a 1 star hotel but the stuff gives a 5 star experience. Shine!!
