Fly by night - Poor service - not responding!

Fly by night. I have purchased two items from City Living Online on the 7th November 2018 , until today I haven't received my order. I tried to contact them but their contact number is always unavailable. I sent emails and only had two responses. I checked the reviews on BidorBuy and saw most comments there, people are complaining about the same issue. No one is responding to our emails and I have requested a refund but no one is responding to my emails. Poor service, I would like to advise people not to buy from them. Their delivery was supposed to take 3-7 days but I have waited for more than a month now and they not even communicating with me or at least advise me as to why is my order still not deliver!
