Awaiting Refund - no answers

I bought some bedding from city living online. I got my delivery and was not satisfied with the contents. They clearly state if you are not satisfied you can return it and get refunded or exchange. The cost for courier to return would be R100 , which was more than what I paid for when I placed the order . As courier was only R46 . Other option was to drop it off at their premises which I did, on Friday 06/07/2018 and was told I would be refunded later the day. I called 2 times the Mon 09/07 and emailed Belinda the lady I was talking to on the phone, saying it will be done the Monday, Tuesday same procedure, I called Belinda say she is still waiting on finance and will tell her manager to call me, No call yet.
