Awaiting refund

Terrible customer service. I bought duvet set from City Living via the Bid or Buy website, upon receiving it: * I wasn't satisfied with the quality * The duvet was labelled queen size, but on my bed it looked like it was for a double bed. * The continental pillow cases were small. I asked City Living to return the product and get a refund. They said it would take a week. A week later nothing happened. I called the manager and he promised to sort it out, this was June 25th. To this day nothing has been done. Only empty promises, I have a trail of WhatsApp communication to prove that this company don't deliver on their word
