City Link Express workers are ******

Good day ,I've been waiting for my parcels from the UK since last year August 2018, City Link Express in South Africa has been demanding a lot of money so that I can receive my parcels,Firstly when they called they said I should pay R2000 for clearance and I did when they had to deliver they said I should pay R4000 for custom arm clearance ,I also did,when it was time to deliver again they said I should pay R3000 for security insurance..they said they will deliver..but never did and said I should pay R2700 for custom dutieswhich I haven't paid,in all I spent R9000 and I don't have that kind of money,I only earn R2000 monthly,I'm already in debts for borrowing money to get my parcels,but they still demand more money. I need help with information of how much their delivery cost.
