City Link Courier

Somebody did send me a package from UK. The courier company keep on asking me to pay all kinds of fees. First it was for insurance, the it was for customer clearance, then it was because they detected that there was foreign currency in the parcel and some juwelry, and then it was for excess kilograms, and now they want money for customer services. All and all I have paid over R21 000. and now they still want another R11 400,00 for the customer services. I cant understand why I need to pay all these fees. I am wondering if it is not a ****!!!
