City Link Cabs - Shocking service

My friend and I have had a terrible experience with City Link Cabs. We booked and paid for a shuttle service from Hoedspruit to OR Tambo. They were supposed to pick us up at 08:30. By 9:00 there was still no shuttle. Both their numbers were unavailable. By 09:30 I managed to get through and was assured they would be there soon and please could we wait. By 10:30 they were unavailable again. We waited until 12:00 and there was still no news. They were not responding to our calls or messages. As a result we missed our flights out of JHB. We had to pay for flight changes, another shuttle company the next day and another COVID test. Booking with City Link Cabs has cost us dearly. They are extremely dishonest and unprofessional and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
