Horrible service- Pure fitness Gym on Smith street

I had such a bad experience earlier today with your receptionist at one of your gym facilities: pure fitness gym *By Spar), Smith street. I came through for a viewing/Tour as I would like to join the gym. Unfortunately did not get her name, she didn't have a mame tag on nor did she introduce herself to us. She gave us such an attitude, her behaviour was very uncalled for as she totally ruined my experience as a customer. I wanted to join the gym as I'm here in Durban for a couple of months due to a work project so I liked the fact that it's no contract binding..... I had so many questions I would have liked to enquire about but the lady was very dismissive and undermining. She gave us no good service at all instead she kept talking to a guy who was at Reception and it was not work related, she wasn't helpful at all. I would have liked to have joined there and there but with that kind of a person as the fursr contact for the company she created so many doubts. Very much dissapointed!
