Furniture storeroom denied

I was a tenant at Joseph Nduli and I left December last year without making rent around the 31st did to a funeral back home and due to financial strains, I could not pay even after the 3rd I was called and told that my room would be made vacant and my belongings would be taken by a company I don't know where too so today I just called to ask how can I get back my furniture and I'm told that they dont know the name of the company that removes furniture also they don't give out head office number when I asked for it.

Is this really fair ??
