City life Towers a huge joke!

City Life Towers is very unprofessional and rips off their tenants.

I have been a resident of the above mentioned flat for almost 2 years now and am fed up with their lack of professionalism and constant damaged items. Towards the end of last month July, I purchased a visitors sleepover ticket from their machines. I did not use the ticket as i wanted to utilize it for a different day. On the 18th August (my birthday) i had a special visitor, as i was about to sign my visitor in,the receptionist told me i cannot sign in my visitor as she does not know when i purchased the ticket since the machine is broken. She further advised that the ticket is only valid for a day , mind you it is not mentioned anywhere that the ticket is valid for a day. I have constantly sent emails to these people to refund me my moneys worth since their machines are always broken but have had no luck.

I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone, they still have a very long way to go as far as customer satisfaction is concerned.
