Poor service at city hospital

The worst hospital, I have been to no procedure in place regarding meals, patients are given meals two hours later, this is an everyday occurrence, after discussing this with kitchen management it still has not been sorted out, it is clear they don't care, all patients has been complaining about the poor service from kitchen
