dead worm in my food

I was served food with a dead worm ive suffered from that. sleepless nights, scared to eat(losing appetite) It ended up affecting my job and I was refereed to psychologist and she referred me to psychiatrist. I had a major depression because of that , now they cant resolve the matter they are just inviting me in their meetings without any success
