City Hospital Dr refusing to give statements

3 Sept 2015 my mom was admitted to City hospital to do Hysterectomy because DR advised her she had cancer and had to undergo Hysterectomy. After the operation she complained of pain and her condition got worse,she was moved to medical ICU and on the 11 Sept DR took her in for another operation saying they were going to check whats wrong after that second operation her condition got worse and was in surgical ICU ventilated.I asked the Dr why my mom was in that condition they told me that she had an abscess that had caused an infection that theyre trying to clean out. she went to two more operations and her condition got worse the surgeon & gynae told me that my mother was HIV positive thats why she wasnt getting better the virus was making her immune weak which i told them that was incorrect and on the 28 sept they called to Surgeons rooms to apologies saying that they made a mistake about my mothers staus and the she is HIV negative. on 30 Sept my mother sadly passed away. I have opened an inquest and requested for autopsy my mom body is still in mortuary autopsy hasnt been done the DR refused to submitted the theater medical notes. Autopsy cnt be done without the theatre notes
