Terible Service from City Heat Geysers

<p>It's been 4 days since we had hot water in our house. It was a mission to firstly get in contact with City Heat Geyser as the landline rings continuously and no answer. Finally I managed to get in contact with Duran from the company who promised to fix today. He first told me we need to pay cash which was arranged. While I was at work he demanded the funds be transfered into their company account before they come out to repair. After I transfered the funds and send proof of payment they still didn't come out to repair and we don't have hot water for another day. No he says only when the money reflects in their account then they will come out to repair. I am absolutely apalled and disgusted with the service received. If you ever want to buy a geyser don't ever buy from City Heat Geysers as their backup service is pathetic.</p>
