City glass poor workmanship and ethics

Over the course of some time we noticed black mould in our kitchen cupboard. We had previously been told that the area is prone to higher mould occurrences so continued to treat as we could. It eventually got to a point that it had spread. The cupboards were warped. The dishes were also getting mouldy and the cupboards could not be used for health reasons.

I subsequently called in a damp proofing company who advised that the cause was probably a leak from our bathroom which is behind the kitchen. He advised that we call in a company to determine the cause of the leak. Detect a Leak identified that the shower installers, City Glass, had drilled into the blender pipe when putting in the shower shelf when installing the shower doors. This was the source of the leak. As a result the bathroom wall has to be stripped to repair the leak as well as cupboard and walls in the kitchen stripped and repaired.

City Glass refuses to take responsibility for the leak and are now ignoring our attempts to contact them to have this resolved. They had initially come in to see the leak. Agreed with the issue and had asked us to get a quote for the repair. And then subsequently have ignored all means to contact them.
