So I've been subcontracting for city glass and aluminum since last year October until April 2026 I've Been submitting claims and they deducted 10% bibc and 10% retention money I've phoned bibc they haven't been in contact but according to HR only through the bibc portal I've been asking Clint branch manager to get my claims form on the 16/04/2026 he told me he will send it to me Vihaan the owner has blocked me on WhatsApp I have created a group chat where all subbies have issues with City Glass and aluminum but they have to stand up for themselves I was questioned yesterday at the BIBC why deducted 10% if I'm not bibc compliant but city glass us deducting all the time the money it was also said my BIBC has nothing to do with my retention money so why can't they pay it I'm waiting for my claim forms to be sent to me they not replying I want this review to reach CITY GLASS AND ALUMINUM CLIENTS AND OUT TO THE GLASS INDUSTRY SO THAT EVERYONE CAN SEE WHAT IM DEALING WITH
