City Girl The Most DISGUSTING STORE

Never shop at City Girl. I purchase a few items from City Girl at the Ridge in Shallcross on the 18th of August 2019. I went back to the store on the 24th August to return a pants that i purchased. They exchanged the pants and took my slip. They gave me a new slip with only 1 item showing on it. On the 18th i had also purchase a shoe for R200 with the pants. I used the shoe for the first time today and it cut. I took the shoe back to the store today and there is no manager there or supervisor, only cashers and they couldn't assist me. Phoned higher management and they couldn't do anything. There reason for not having a manager in store is due to them opening a new branch. There service is disgusting. Was at the store for an hour and nothing was done. The higher management don't give u a chance to talk, they scream over u instead of helping. They didn't exchange the shoe nor did they refund me. I just left everything and walked out. I will never advise anyone to buy from them.
