City girl

I am appalled by the service I received today at city girl in Cornubia mall. Absolutely disgusting behavior they have no knowledge of customer service whatsoever. I asked to speak to the boss more than once and was told that she does not want to come . I asked for her name I was told her name is 'Queen street' and they laughed.
