TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THOBILE

I phoned City Girl Cornubia mall , today 9/6/25 around 9.15am, I spoke to Thobile advising her I received a dress as a gift and I need to change it, She took my whatsapp number and said I must send a pic, After couple hours came back and said they dont have that dress in store, I mentioned on the whatsapp chat, that my sister purchased it at City Girl Cornubia and I seem to be answering the same questions over and over, It is not 14:44pm and entire day has been wasted cause they have not answered the store number and when I did phone, someone answered spoke intheir home language and cut the call,cause they probably recognise my number, Terrible customer service on whatsapp, All i need is for them to change the dress and for me to take another dress, how difficult is that, I , myself support City Girl cornubia alot, and I am appalled at the behavior I am receiving today. Please can this be expedited as I need another dress for this Saturday's event.
