City Girl Cornubia at ot again

Absolutely appalling service from staff at the counter. I went in to return a jacket purchased during lockdown. I was asked for the item which still had the tag on it and then for the receipt. After giving them bot I was told that it cannot be exchanged due to it being over 2 months old. I asked to speak to the manager and was given Asha Hiralall's cellphone number which she doesnt answer. I asked for a customer care number and was told that there wasnt one. The staff and management were most unhelpful and rude. Definitely will not be shopping there again ever.
