Worst Service You Will Ever Get. Stay Away.

This was the worst service I had ever received in my life. I ordered something from MrPrice Home and only received it three weeks after I was supposed to. The City logistics tracking portal is useless and gives you the incorrect location of your parcel, I spoke to staff in PLK and DBN - equally useless. I was transferred to the wrong people, promised my order would arrive on certain days and it never came. All the while they do not communicate, you have to follow up. The actual delivery drivers are rude and dishonest - they hung up on me; couldnt find my place on their GPS; gave me a number to send my location to and didnt open the whatsapp messages at all. Overall, I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
