Worst Logistics ever

I had a very bad experience with this company, if you can call them a company. I have ordered a product from LG, and they use City Logistics. I have ordered my item on the 17th Desember 2024. Since then, they make promises every day that the product will be delivered, the next day. Every day, we stay home, waiting for them, only for them not to arrive. If you contact them, they promise within the next hour, but when it get to 17h00, then no one answer the phone anymore. This is one of the worst Logistics Companies I have ever had to deal with.
