Worst courier business in South Africa

This is the worst courier business out there. We ordered an item from Mr Price Sport. The item showed as being out for delivery on 9 June. 10 days later we still haven't received anything. After numerous unanswered calls, we finally got hold of someone who informed us that they didn't know where the item is. We're still waiting for feedback...
