Where is my couch???

Mr P Home took my money and a day later it was shipped from KZN, but apparently City Logistics could not bother moving my order locally in Pta. After literally 3 or more follow ups a day on different platforms, I just keep hearing it is being loaded to be delivered at store OR it was escalated to logistics manager or Courier company. ***** ***** ***** if it is true that they did inform numerous call centre staff "it is being loaded". Loaded where I ask you, as it is nowhere where I can collect???? the they have audacity to send email if I enjoyed my ecommerce experience. What experience? Thanks to you guys I NEVER want to order ANYTHING online again!!!!
