The worst company I ever came accross

This is the worst company ever. I bought from Homechoice and Last week my parcel was in Bloemfontein(I live in Mpumalanga)...Then My parcel is in Johannesburg. I phoned this morning and it was on a Bakkie on its way to me, but this afternoon it is in Johannesburg again. How do you even calculate this? It tells me this parcel is missing, because no one knows where it is at all. This is really frustrating and no Manager is ever available. They are not willing to help at all and I will not be buying from home choice again because of their choice in courier. The worst part is that no one is trying at all!!!
