Terrible Logistics

I had the worst experience with City Logistics. My order was marked as “delivered” on 24 October 2024, yet I never received it. Despite my efforts to follow up repeatedly, all I got were empty assurances that my order was “on its way.” To make matters worse, they promised to call back with a resolution two days ago—yet I’ve heard nothing since.

The lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through has been outrageous. I’ve been left completely in the dark, with no answers, and no sign of my package. This level of service is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t trust City Logistics with any future deliveries. Terrible experience.
