Rude staff

I've had a bad experience with city logistics staff (drivers and their assistants) at Dodsonville mall in soweto. Those guys always come and block our cars with their trucks at the parking lot and they bully us. First of all they come there and it's not even a loading zone for trucks and bully us into moving our cars while we're also at work and if you don't move your car they will block you and they're rude and arrogant. The truck in question is KRS 346 MP, the assistant doesn't know how to speak to people and was rude and tried to use scare tactics on me. Could city logistics please tell their drivers to use the correct truck loading zone and stop bullying us at the parking lots.
