Poor service City Logistics and Mr Price

I ordered a couch from Mr Price on 28 May 2024. On 31 May at 8:44 City Logistics Nelspruit phoned me to advise that they have the couch with them and that it will be delivered on Monday the 3rd of June 2024. Today is the 11th of June....still no delivery. Neither City Logistics nor Mr Price can provide me with feedback. They just "escalate" the matter per email.
