Pathetic service delivery !!!!

Absolutely pathetic service from their acquired company FastWay Couriers. Their phones go unanswered, their helpdesk is absolutely useless and of no help. Packages are kept at thier depot for weeks and go undelivered. I have been waiting more than two weeks for them to deliver my package. Do not make use of this company.
