Pathetic excuse for a logistics company!

Pathetic excuse for a logistics company! They called 3 days in a row to confirm delivery each day and failed to deliver. Staff aren’t properly trained and are a poor reflection of the company as a whole. Their call center number is non existent and their tracking tool on the website doesn’t work. Inefficient customer service! Spoke to a Desh who was trying to ‘organize a driver’ to deliver 3 days ago!
